NAIOP awards recognize significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial and industrial real estate community at a black-tie gala held in November 2007.

The SlenderWall system was reviewed by the Construction Testing Laboratory (CTL), an independent testing lab. CTL rendered an opinion regarding SlenderWall’ contribution toward LEED’s Certification for the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) strict criteria designed to promote sustainable buildings for the conservation of energy and resources and the protection of the environment. The LEED Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.
