In the Sealant Joint Rainscreen & Street Level Leak Detection System
Benefit: Early detection and drainage to exterior if sealant joints leak
Optional Feature: H2Out is the only secondary drainage, street-level, sealant joint rainscreen and leak detection system. If your sealant joints ever fail, leaks exit to the outside of the building and can be located within 20 feet of the failure once the panels have dried out. The leak will continue to weep after drying - creating a wet area that can be identified with binoculars from ground level.

All SlenderWall joints may use a single layer or double layer of sealant applied from the exterior. H2Out is a secondary water drainage system exclusive to SlenderWall. Dow Corning and other major manufacturers have warrantied the use of their sealants in H2Out applications. Approval letters are available upon request.
